Completing one's undergraduate or graduate degree requirements is a major life accomplishment - please join us as Utica College celebrates our most recent graduates!  As of May 2012, two SEPARATE ceremonies will be held, depending on the level of degree completed.  Follow the links below for additional information regarding the appropriate Commencement Ceremony.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety concerns, no large bags or backpacks will be allowed to be brought into either event. Security may ask you to open your purse before entering the venue.

Sunday, May 7, 2017, at 9:30am (students should be there at 9am)
*Balloons are not allowed in the Utica Memorial Auditorium

Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00pm (students should be there at 1:30 pm)
(Note that although the ceremony is held on May 6, the official degree conferral date for May degree candidates -- the date that will be on your diploma and transcript -- is May 7, 2017.)

At Utica College, commencement is a ceremony held each May for students who completed their degree requirements and applied to receive their degree in December or May of the same academic year.  Students who complete their degree requirements in August may choose to participate in the Commencement Ceremony the May before or after they graduate.
